Organ supplements are made from the organs of animals, such as the heart, liver and kidneys. Organ meats can be bought in your local butcher or supermarket and are regularly consumed for their health benefits are hearts, liver, stomach, kidneys and the brain. Many people are not used to cooking organ meats at home and therefore use organ supplements instead in order to gain the specific health benefits of organ meats.
