Coffee is an important part of my morning routine (you can read more about that HERE). Here are my tips for making a healthy coffee!

1. Use a high quality coffee that is free from mold and pesticides. My favorites are: Bulletproof, Purity Coffee and Four Sigmatic.

2. I use a filter mostly as I can control easily the amount of coffee I want to make each day.

3. Add in other supplements like Ghee (my favorite is Goddess Ghee), MCT oil and collagen protein.

Make sure to not drink your coffee on an empty stomach, so grab some breakfast whilst waiting for your coffee to brew! A high protein breakfast is best.
