Whether you work from home or not it’s always a good idea to have some healthy snacks on hand to stop you from grabbing an unhealthy treat to satisfy your cravings. When I’m going to be out of the house for a few hours I always try to pack a few things with me just in case.
Besides the obvious handful of raw, unsalted nuts, fresh berries, olives, veggie sticks with a bit of hummus or beef jerky here are a few other snacks that you could keep stocked in your kitchen cupboards or work drawer. It’s always too tempting to go out and buy something unhealthy when you don’t have anything within reach.

Don’t forget your car is also a great place to have a few snacks kept in case you get hungry whilst driving or stuck in traffic (also make sure you always keep a bottle or two of water in your car).
