My Travel Tips

Many of my friends and clients ask me for travel tips frequently, so I wanted to share with you a run down of how I prep for travel, what I do to protect myself during travel and how I help my body adapt once I arrive.

Prep (packing):

~Healthy snacks (protein, fats, low/no sugar treats)

~Key supplements (magnesium, minerals, colloidal silver nose spray, GI detox binder, methylene blue, melatonin, digestive enzymes)

~ Eye mask & ear plugs

~Bulletproof coffee with collagen before heading to airport to load up on healthy fats to keep me fueled and satiated.

On airplane:

~Take @troscriptions methylene blue troche right before flight

~ EMF blocking scarf, hat (@defendershield) and blue blocker glasses (@vivarays)

~ Get up frequently to stand and stretch + do stretches in seat (spinal twists, ankle rolls, neck rolls)

~Hydrate like crazy!! Electrolytes are key (I use Quinton minerals and @drinklmnt )

~Fasting (I generally don’t eat at all on flights and use my healthy snacks that I’ve packed for the airport layovers and ground travel at destination).

~Colloidal silver nose spray once during flight and immediately after landing.

Upon arrival:

~Continue methylene blue for 1-2 days 

~Continue colloidal silver once per day (depending on destination)

~High dose melatonin first 1-2 nights to help reset circadian rhythm

~Prioritize seeing the sunrise in my new destination the first morning regardless of time I went to sleep to get my body in rhythm with location

~ Grounding, sunshine and lots of movement daily.
