This vegan ice cream recipe is such a quick way to whip up a little treat without having to feel any guilt! Feel free to substitute the cashew milk with a milk of your choice.
Ingredients:
2 Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Cashew Milk
1 Tablespoon nut butter
Method:
Slice the frozen bananas and add to your blender, add cashew milk and nut butter and blend until smooth! How simple is that?
Obviously you can make a chocolate version by adding some organic cocoa powder and top with some cacao nibs for a bit of crunch. Or you can make a green version by adding some Spirulina/Green powder. Similarly you could add beetroot powder for a red ice cream if you’re wanting to make it a bit more appealing to children (or as a Halloween treat)! There’s so many different flavours and ingredients you could try so get creative!
