This is the first healthy recipe I have shared on my blog and it is one I make at home on a regular basis because its so quick and easy!
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados (organic if you’re able)
2 scoops of protein powder (plain vanilla or chocolate work best)
1/2 cup coconut milk (organic if able)
2-4 tbsp cocoa powder (I use Nostalgia Single Origin Cocoa Powder- Madagascar Akessons Estate)
Pinch Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
2-4 tbsp Manuka Honey or Local Honey
Equipment:
Cuisinart 7-cup Food Processor (or any blender or food processor).
Bowl/spoon/knife.
Method:
Add all the ingredients to the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey/salt as required. Serve and enjoy! Or chill in fridge. Eat the same day or freeze if you are wanting to store batches. You can use icecube trays to freeze and then store cubes of the pudding in a freezer bag.
This recipe is gluten free. To make a vegan version just switch to a vegan protein and a vegan sweetener such as maple syrup. The same for dairy free just switch to your favorite dairy free protein powder.
I hope you enjoy!
