There are so many books that I could recommend to anyone wanting to improve their health and wellness. Here are some of my favorites that I advise my client to read. Don’t forget your local library might be able to get you these books or maybe your friends might have a copy that you could borrow. I am not advising that you need to buy all these books! Maybe, if you have a group of likeminded friends you could get together and order/share the books together?
